I downloaded a "free"game. I can not get rid of it. My
computer is frozen on the page that says Arcade Lines is
shutting down now. Also I cannot read my email. I get the
response Windows cannot open this file: MSN13.mailhost
 
If you can reboot the system, you might then be able to get into control
panel and use add/remove programs to remove the game. You might also want
to run a virus scan.

If it's not listed in add/remove, try using system restore to take you back
to a time prior to when the issue began. Start\All
Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore.
