I can't get into msn....I keep getting the message that my sigh-on name is invalid or passy is wrong....all attempts to email msn help are met with...this page not available.....also...I cannot get my microsoft updates to load...get error messages....

Are you by chance an MSN Broadband subscriber? And are you on a DSL or
cable line? If DSL, is the carrier Qwest?
