My new Dell with XP and Internet Explorer can't access the bridge game at MSN Zone. Sign-in gives the message that there are errors in authentication. It accesses other MSN sites which use net passport. I've spent hours with help and support for MSN, Windows, and my ISP to no avail. I easily access the game on other computers using the same name and PIN. Any ideas out there?

Hi Bill,

Use this troubleshooter for problems accessing all or parts of Zone:
http://NibblesNbitsEnterZone.tk it lists all of the known issues. :-)

Jimmy,
On June 6 I told you I get "authentication error" message when I try to access subject game. I looked at the NibblesNbits site you suggested and found no reference to that error. In fact I found no reference to it on any sites or e-mails I searched in many various support and help menus.
