I copied a file to my registry to stop seeing several
email addresses from the drop down menu... it worked, but
now it does not let me sign in automatically anymore.
How can I reverse the change so it will allow me to sign
in msn messenger automatically?

I have selected all those options from the optios box in
MSN, but no luck.

Thanks

Greetings Alfredo,

To get this behavior back, download and run the following .reg file:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/downloads/enablenetcreds.reg
You'll need to reboot to see the change.

However, the e-mail addresses will now be back. To remove these, click the Start Button,
then click the Control Panel. Then, click User Accounts in the Control Panel. Select your
account name, and then on the left side of the screen, under Related Tasks, click 'Manage my
Network Passwords'. In the window that opens, you can remove an account by clicking the
passport you wish to delete [denoted by (Passport)], and then click the 'Remove' button. For
more detailed instructions and screenshots on this procedure, see here:
