Msn messenger won't sign out ( sorry )

hello I'm having trouble signing out of msn messenger...
lease help me as I have used your sign out proticol and
still I cannot sign in or out of msn.messenger... If I'm
in the wrong place for help please direct this e-mail to
the proper site and please find me my messenger ...
THEY"LL THINK I'VE LOST IT ..... I'm On every day all day
HELP.....!!!!!!!!Ps This is probably my fault I'm sorry
