MSN Messenger...Virus?

Hi.. I clicked the link sent by my friend through MSN messenger.. and after
that, the chat windows closed automatically. And the next day, my norton
antivirus autoprotect status become off and my startup programs all off and
also i can't access to other computers in my network.
I already re-install and updating my norton antivirus and checking for for
spyware.. but nothing found. Anybody can help me to solve this problem ?

yeah i have the same problem someone sent a link and i accedently clicked it
without relising it and now something with the name msmmsgr.exe which is like
msn messenger, it asks me to run it everytime i turn on the computer.i have
looked thorough most of the files and i can't find it anywhere to delete it,
can anyone help me aswell??
