i am having problems with audio/video using messenger. i
can transfer files ok and text messages, but when i use
audio/video coms it mostly does not work. the other person
can see/hear me but i cannot see here them, and sometimes
its the other way round. occasionally it does work. i have
the latest firmware installed in my router,and have UPnP
enabled on the router, and have all the relevent drivers
installed for xp to see it.i have installed all the
windows service packs, disabled QoA, but it still refuses
to work correctly. i know i can use dmz on the router but
this is a pain and makes having a router pointless, as i
have other pcs on the network that want to use this this
service as well. my freind has a less well known make,
origo ADSL router modem and this works flawlessly and
there is no mention of UPnP in his manual!. does anyone no
of a router that runs this service with no problems?
