My computer crashed and I am trying to get back my msn eamil account. Every time I enter "email. pop3.msn.com" as my smtp account I get an error. What is the correct account.?

well, most smtp servers aren't called pop3 
Are you sure you have a pop3
account? MSN no longer supports pop3, except for very long term customers
who never used HTTP/web access.
