MSN Dial up

When I dial up to msn and it tries to up date, I get an
error saying somthing about lsass.exe failed and will
shut down the PC. It only happens with msn. can any one
shed some light.

Personally, I dont like ISPs that use proprietary ware and have to
update. Just an opinion. I prefer a "clean" logon.
