MSN, connection problem, help!!

Hello,
I use Win XP Pro and Kasperky firewall.
When I open MSN, it doesn't succeed to have the connection. When I
make the "Basic Internet connectivity test" I see the problem is
"Deafault Gatway.
What can I do, please?

Generally that would be a problem with your connection to the internet,
however you seem to be connected to the internet just fine (right?). Did you
recently upgrade MSN Messenger? Perhaps your firewall is blocking it, have
you checked the firewall settings to make sure that MSN is Allowed to
connect to the internet? What version of MSN Messenger do you have?

I have a similar problem although the troubleshoot tells me either my fire
wall is blocking it, Although the settings are corect, it also says it could
be my proxy setting ?

Any suggestions
