MSInfo32 lists contents of system32 folder

Msinfo32 Startup Programs lists the contents of my system32 folder as well as
all startup items, I'm not using any switches. Anyone know a cause?

Have you checked MSCONFIG/Start Up tab, the Start Up folder in the All Programs menu for an entry that has the path to the System32 folder? You might also want to check all of the "Run" keys in HKLM and HKCU in the registry.
