i've recently been getting an error message each time i
boot up indicating that msinet.ocx or one of its
dependencies is not registered. a file is missing or
invalid-please help me-this just started happening two
weeks ago and the internet continues to freeze on my
system now

msinet.exe is from this program. You may have to reinstall.
Part of Cyber Patrol internet filtering software to restrict access to
certain types of material on the internet. It can be disabled but do not ask
how it's done
