Trying to reinstall norton antivirus but keep getting the message "this msi
must be launched through setup" can anyone help please?

Is it Norton firewall or antivirus or both? Was Norton complety removed?
Run a search for any Norton files also check your files manually and look
for files that could belong to Norton. If it was complety removed then try
installing by clicking run and start Norton from there. Best of luck.

This may be strange , but try to make sure that you are using the right
installion file
