MSI??

I want to learn how to package non MS software updates so I can push out via
the network. How and where do I get the tool/software to do that? I think
its msiexe.exe, but when I run it all I get is a list of the switches to use
with the packages. Where do I get the tool and how do I get started?

If you want to create MSI (Microsoft Installer) packages then use a tool
like Installshield or google for another MSI authoring tool.
