msi.dll file

I'm trying to get hold of msn messenger 6 but it says i'm
missing msi.dll file and it will not install without it.
Does anybody know where i can get this file.

Greetings Remi,

It sounds like your Windows Installer has been damaged. To correct it, click Start, then
Run, type:
sfc /scannow
and then click OK.

After the scan (and probably copy) is completed, try installing MSN Messenger 6 again.
