Hi guys i receive the following message when trying to load some games
error 1503 missing msi.chm what is this and how did i lose this and how
do i get it back? have checked numerous places on internet but to no
avail please anybody somebody HELP!!! thanks vince.
 
It's a compiled helpfile (CHM) that comes with Microsoft Visual Studio. More
specifically, it is the "Windows Installer Programmer's Reference"

Ok so how did i lose it and how do i get it back i just did a mob
update and a clean windows install (xp sp1) then did all the fun stuf
for hours on end of downloading the updates. still it won't loa
(doom3) thought maybe it was a bad disk but it loaded up on my kids p
just fine go figure! so again i ask HELP!!
