Msg pops up to shut down comp in 60 secs every time the broadband is turned on

Ive checked for the ms blaster with programs but it wont
find it so now im kinda lost i dont know what more to do.
It says something like this Issas.exe was terminated by
the following code: and then a bunch of numbers and it
says that the computer will shutdown in 60 secs.
I had just installed the broadband then the next day this
started, i didnt download any files or nothing like that.
So anyway id appreciate some help...
