start>run and type

cmd

then type

copy %SYSTEMROOT%\repair\autoexec.nt %SYSTEMROOT%\system32

NOTE - there are spaces between "copy" and "%SYSTEMROOT%" and "autoexec.nt"
and "%SYSTEMROOT%"

Good Luck

It didnt work..it told me this....the file name, directory name, or volume
label syntax is incorect

sorry, try this method (I thought I would make it easier for you)

start>run and type

%SYSTEMROOT%\repair

then locate "autoexec.nt", then right click on "autoexec.nt" and select
copy, then

start>run and type

%SYSTEMROOT%\system32

then right click anywhere in the folder (except on a folder) and select
paste

Good Luck
