User reported that when going to MSDN subscriptions

and trying to log in via .net passport that the login window no longer
appears after SP2, get a “The page cannot be displayedâ€. I have not been able
to find a solution for this issue. I know it must be tightened security but I
am not sure what. If I add https://*.microsoft.com to trusted sites I do get
a message prompt saying trying to open a window in your trusted sites.
