MSDART.DLL Problem

Since upgrading from XP Home to XP Professional I get the
following error message.

CiceroUIWndFrame: Outlook.EXE - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located in
the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL

Any suggestions please?
 
Download and install the latest version of MDAC available from the download
site from Microsoft.
