mscoree.dll not found by net installer?

I ran Win Doc and the only problem it found was that Crogram Files\ Common
Files\ Install Shield\ Professional\ Run Time\ 0700\ Intel 32\ Dot Net
Installer.exe could not find Mscoree.dll file. Windows Doctor could not fix
the problem. I haven't a clue either. It was a medium risk to the computer,
and I have no idea what it is or what it is for. I thought if maybe i put my
Dell Drivers CD in and ran it , it might help reinstall something. Please

That error message is a known issue with WinDoctor....have a look at this
