I have an entry in my msconfig startup, that show as just
blocks for the item and its location. I unchecked it
since I did not know how what it was but I would like to
remove the entry completely from msconfig and have not
been able to find out how you do this in xp.

Thanks I went to http://www.kellys-korner-
xp.com/xp_abc.htm and then to the following registry
location HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared
Tools\MSConfig\startupreg

and found the entry it was lexstart I would assume
dealing with my lexmark printer but is they cannot put a
name instead of blocks in the msconfig I do not want it
so I deleted it.

thanks for your help
