Two new programs showing up in startup.

Winad and VetTray

What are they and how do I get rid of them. Have
unchecked Winad 3 times to no avail, it keeps coming back
like an ex-wife.

VetTray would probably be to launch a System Tray icon for eTrust
(formerly Vet) Antivirus.
