msconfig.exe

I read where msconfig.exe does not ship with Windows
2000, but the version of Windows XP will work. Can I
just copy my version from XP and put it on my 2000, and
can I run it from the desktop or what directory should I
place it in?

Place it in the %windir% then Start|Run msconfig
