msbb.exe and or n-CASE software

What is and why is msbb.exe all of the sudden trying to get onto the
internet. Microsoft says it's part of or works with n-CASE software but
what is n-CASE. I can't find anything in the knowledge base to explain it.
Any help will be greatly appreciated and Thank You in advance. Ron

msbb.exe is a spyware application and not a part of Windows.
