Has anyone used MSAgents in VB.NET?

What can you tell me? Good idea? Bad Idea?

Do you think support for MSAgents will go away soon or MS will start
charging for it?

why would MS charge for agents? it's a free service that is integrated into
the OS.. there really isn't a way to charge for it

Are you sure it can be used by every application?
