MSADC 8281

After running a 2 way receipient connection agreement from Windows 2000 to
Exchange 5.5, I'm getting a few of the following error messages:

ADC could not replicate the msExchMasterAccountSid to cn=John
Doe,CN=Users,DC=ABCD because this sid is already on the object CN=Exchange
Enterprise Servers,CN=Users,DC=ABCD

Please, any suggestions/ideas on how to resolve this and what caused this
message?
