I have Zone Alarm Firewall and Avast and for some reason this morning it pops
up that I have a virus/worm at
Doc&Sett\Amber\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5\2PZO9K3U\Value[1].wmf
I already have the KB912919 update installed prior to this so why has this
happened and how can I fix it???

The patch doesn't stop you from downloading the files, just keeps them
from becoming malware. WFM is a graphic's file, tho somewhat unused.

Delete the file, can't? use Killbox

Control Panel---Internet Options---Delete Cookies---Delete Files---
Clear History.
