Having troulbe with word, It starts to open and then it just sits there with
a box and will not go anywere. when I go and close it I get a gray box and
the box becomes a inactive spot on the screen. is there any help?

Try microsoft.public.word.newusers - Word is nothing to do with Windows XP.......

Try a Word newsgroup.

*Let them know the Word and Windows versions, and if you're up to date
with patches.
* Any changes to your system prior to this happening would be worth
mentioning, as it may not be psychics' night.
