Ms Word - Preparing to install................

Since last two months whnever I try to open MS word or Outlook Exp, it dosn't
open and gives me message window with message " Preparing to istall" which
eventually disappers but MS word dosn't open. I unsuccessfully tried to
restore my system. So now I'm stuck with this problem. Anybody please help!

I would ask the experts in an MS Office / MS Word newsgroup.
