MS-Word Embed Table Of Versions

If I save versions with the version feature of Word, can I embed a table of
versions in my word document (e.g. a document history block showing who
changed the doc, version #, and date changed)?

If you value your document, and plan to use it for a length of time, do NOT
use the File/versions functionality. It has a nasty tendency to damage
documents to the point of total data loss.

Best would be to use document Properties, in conjunction with File/Save As.
Maybe some macro support.
