MS-Word Dictionary and XP admin rights

Hi All

I am using MS-Word 2000 in winxp proff.
I am not able to get dictionary in word while i am logging xp with
administrative rights.
But if my xp user has no admin rights, the dictionary in ms word is not
seen..

For providing dictionary I am compelled to give admin rights to users.

Hope any of u can help me..
