MS Word and Sony Support Home pages display with enormous fonts. .

I've owned this Sony notebook since summer of '03. Two weeks ago my Windows
98 desktop failed and I plugged this notebook into RoadRunner via the
Ethernet connection. Immediately, I downloaded SP2 - if that has anything to
do with the problem of MS Word and Sony Support Home pages displaying with
fonts that are enormous.
I'm using Works 7 for wordprocessing, wanted to change the default font
and was referred to Word's Homepage where I first noticed the problem. Went
to Sony Support and found same. These are the only two occurrences of the
problem...HP, Iomega, and the like, all other web content and images and
RoadRunner media displays function fine.

I truly don't know what is going on. SP2 on Windows 98? I don't think so.
Works SP2?

Either way, this isn't a Word or Works problem. If you are using Internet
Explorer, choose Text size from the View drop down menu and select the
variation that you want. Most other browsers are the same.
