MS Word 2000 HELP!

Hi, i need to export information from ms access 2000 to word 2000 so that
external printers can print the information. what i need to know is how can a
sort the data on pages in a word doc. basically i have around 2000 memebers
on my database and to save paper i would like all members who work for a
company to be printed on one A4 paper instead of each member to be printed on
a separate A4 paper, Like in a mail merge. Can anyone help please.
 
1. What's wrong with using MailMerge itself?

2. If you need to sort, Access is a good place to start

3. Access provides a well-document set of Office links, precisely for
exporting to Office apps.

4. If nothing else, you can copy and paste the Access table directly into
Word.
