MS Outlook on Exchange Server

We have recently switch to Outlook through our exchange
server and I have my own mailbox plus I am a delegate for
our tech support mailbox. I have the tech support
mailbox "mounted" as an additional mail box.

The problem is that when I send emails using the Tech
support account the FROM line is tagged as
"Dave Bentley [[email protected]]; on behalf of Tech
Support [[email protected]]"

I would like to have it only appear to come from Tech
Support.

Does anyone know of a way to do this?

You didn't mention if you are using Exchange 2000 or 5.5. If you are using
Exchange 2000 you will need the "Send As" permission for the Tech Support
mailbox. This permission can be granted under the Security tab of the User
object. You will have to manually enter the Tech mailbox into the From line
though.
