MS Outlook has encountered a problem & needs to close

OS is Win XP Pro. For months I've been trying to resolve a problem with OL
2002. A few days ago I installed OL 2003 hoping that the problem would be
corrected. Not so, I have the SAME problem. I've run Detect and Repair 2
times, and nothing has changed.

"Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience.

If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on
might be lost"

Error signature:
AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 11.0.6353.0 AppStamp:408f2937
ModName: outllib.dll ModVer: 11.0.6359.0 ModStamp:40c8adfd
fDebug: 0 Offset: 005d707d

OS is Win XP Pro. For months I've been trying to resolve a problem with
Outlook
2000. I have downloaded all patches and updates and still have the problem. I have run Detect and Repair to no avail and recently uninstalled and reinstaled and still have the same problem.

Please let me know if anyone has a fix for this.
