MS Outlook 2003 shuts down when opened?

sAs soon as I open MS OtLk 2003 it closes? I am using this program on my
main computer and it work fine. This is happening on my Laptop, using XP.
This program was working and suddenly staring doing this. Tried removing &
re-installing with same results.

No other e-mail programs are running.

Things to try:

Delete/rename outcmd.dat
Delete/rename *.srs
