MS Outlook 2003 new, reply, forward buttons disabled

Anybody knows why the New, Reply, Reply to all, and Forward buttons on my MS
Outlook 2003 are disabled. All of a sudden it stopped working.

Check your mail profile to make sure your account is still configured
properly.
 
Thanks for your response Brian. I have verified my profile, it is configured
correctly. I continue to received incoming e-mail from our exchange server
and from outside; however, I just can't can create a new mail nor reply or
forward e-mail that I received.

Since you're using Exchange, have you asked your IT people?
