MS Outlook 2003 causes text size to change in Internet Explorer

Everytime I open MS Outlook 2003, it changes my text size in Internet
explorer from smallest to medium. Its driving me crazy -- anyone know what
causes this and how I can stop it?
 
In Outlook go to Tools/Options/Mail Format/Fonts/International Fonts,
and for each font, change the "Font Size" entry to your desired size.
