MS Outlook 2000 - I LOST ALL of my CONTACTS!

How do I retrieve my contacts? I got a message that said there were errors in
my .pst file, then I ran the SCANPST utility and that didn't help. Nothing
was retrievable.

I run a small business and this is extremely important to me to fix.
