MS Ofice Picture Manager- Removal of Shortcut in pane.

My MS Office Picture Manager program-Is suppose to allow me the option to
"Remove a Shortcut" when I right click over the folder.

The only option is Delete the folder. This deletes the folder from my
computer then I have to restore it from the Recycle Bin.
