try to look in start > programs > startup
If Microsoft Office is in here - thats why it is starting up when you turn
on your computer.
You can delete it from the startup folder - and that should do it.
Sorry I was a bit fast - I thought you meant that you doesn't want it to
startup.
But then just copy what you want into the startup folder.
Maybe the outlook shortcut and/or word.
