I have MS Office that I bought for the old computer and now I'm trying to
install it on the new computer with Vista and it errors and tells me there
is a missing INI file. It installed on my last computer fine and on the
laptop. Both had XP.
Any help???
Thanks

You can always try OpenOffice.org as a replacement - costs nothing but a
few minutes of your time.

Why should he downgrade to Oo when he already has a usable copy of the
very best Office suite available.
Bad recommendation!

the fact that -you- dislike it so much just makes a good argument for normal
people to seriously consider it, fanboy
besides, didn't you already say -you- were using it?

Possibly because he can't get it to install - read the post!

What is the exact error message that is shown. Also to get a better answer you should repost this to a Office newsgroup mentioning the exact error message and your Windows version

You're asking too much from Frankie Boy. Reading and comprehending what he's
read isn't part of Frankie's life skills. But he does excel at snorting and
smirking.
