MS FlexGrid Control version 6.0

Hi, I am trying to add the FlexGrid on a form. This control is not in the
toolbar, so I clicked the button "Other controls", which lists many controls
including the FlexGrid. Almost all but just this control cannot be add to
the form, the error message says that "you don't have license to use this
ActiveX control". Is this really license problem? Is there other control
with similar function can I use instead of this?

I found this knowledge base article. See if it helps. It is applicable to
A97

Thank you for your reply.
I've downloaded the file "Odelic.exe" and tried to install it, but it says
"Office Developer Edition Tools Not Found."
I guess, this could be I am using Access 2000, and that is for Access 97. Is
there something like that for Access 2000?

Or, there is other reason that this file cannot be installed?
