This is not a .NET or C# bug, but a Win32 bug. - but well, I don't know
where else to report it.
I have this thread running on my blog regarding a notorious "Path is too
deep" error that occurs on Windows machines. This seems to be a catch-all
hardware issue, and the knowledgebase articles on it are pathetically poor.
Now, that error can occur in numerous situations - 99% of which are covered
in my blog post right here

That in my mind is a goldmine of information regarding that error - that has
no good suggested solution on Microsoft.com. (Yes there are one or two KB
articles, but I already said - they are no good). Now I get a lot of hits on
that post, so apparently that is a fairly common problem that people face.
Can someone forward it to the windows folks, for them to peruse through that
list and come up with a better solution to that problem? Also feel free to
comment on that post if you have any core solutions to offer, other than
what have already been covered in the comments.
Thanks,
