I was using DbaseIV before I installed Windows XP Professional. They were
working well (in windows 98 enviroment). Now My DbaseIV doesn't work
correctly in XP. The problem is turkish caracters. If I open full screen
turkish caracters are destroyed. If the csreen is windowed turkish caracters
are okey.

Try compatibility mode for the program. You can set Windows
95 mode and you can set the display to use 640x480 as full
screen. Right click on the DBIV program file, select
properties to open the page with the compatibility tab.

BTW, character has an H, Turkish is a formal proper name
that should be capped.
