MS Critical update Security Update for Windows XP (KB839645) is not what it says it is?

Security Update for Windows XP (KB839645)

I found this on the MS Windows Update site. I clicked on the "Read More"
link (http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/ms04-023.mspx) and
found that the heading was:

Microsoft Security Bulletin MS04-023
Vulnerability in HTML Help Could Allow Code Execution (840315)
Searching that page for "839645" resulted in nothing found. What's going on?

The link was messed up. Don't know if it's fixed. Just have to go to
the knowledge base for the correct article number which Wesley posted
for you.
