MS Config: Essential Start-Up Items

A short while ago, I believe a MS MVP posted the most common items that find
their way into the start-up menu as well as what they were used for and the
source program. Unfortunately I didn't flag that post. Is it possible to see
that list again, the intent being to speed up my two minute boot up. Sincere
thanks in advance.
