MS Access Code Windows: Blue Bar Obscured

Some of my code windows have begun opening with the blue "drag" bar
obscured so I cannot move or resize them.

Is there a way to remedy this?

Try this:
- click in the window with the problem
- Press alt-minus (ALT and minus at the same time) and then M.
- Use the arrow keys to move the window around until you can see the
title bar.

Once you've fixed it once, new windows should appear in a visible
location.
