I have been running a wireless router since 2003 I never had a
problem
until one of my neighbors set one up. My laptop (with card) picks up
theirs and ignores mine completely. I noticed if they turn there's
off mine connects fine. The only thing I notice that is different in
the properties is the tx rate. When mine is connected it is 11mbits
and when their's is its 2mbits. Is there a way to fix this problem?
Do I have to invest in a new router and card? Give up and use a
cable?
There's is not a strong enough signal to stay connected to or I would
have no proble. lol
